President’s Message

One of the most common themes I have experienced over 30 years helping clients is the untapped potential of their workforce. The overwhelming majority of employees I meet and work with have potential to contribute more to their company’s success, and welcome opportunities to do so. My greatest satisfaction comes from helping both management and employees recognize ways to better tap into that potential.
Dr. Jeffrey Klawsky is a Business Psychologist with over 30 years of consulting experience. Most notably, he has helped clients improve workforce effectiveness by hiring better employees and producing better leaders. Those custom solutions include Internet-based assessments, in-person development exercises, written tests, and behaviorally-based promotion processes.
Prior to establishing his own firm, Dr. Jeffrey Klawsky was Vice President of Selection and Assessment Services at Organizational Effectiveness Consultants in Chicago. In addition to leading a team of three Business Psychologists, he provided leadership coaching to senior executives in the Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Healthcare industries. He has also worked with international workforces in Japan, Great Britain, France, Chile, and Uruguay.
Dr. Jeffrey Klawsky was President of Chicago Industrial Organizational Psychologists for two years where he successfully grew the membership, and Adjunct Professor at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology where he taught Consulting Skills to MA and Ph.D. Business Psychology students for 13 years. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Psychology from the University of Nebraska and is a member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychologists and National Organization of Trusted Advisors.
Business Psychologist vs HR Consultant?
Business Psychologists research and study how employees think, who will be the best employee, and how to engage the workforce for high performance.
Human Resources Managers and Consultants focus on recruitment, policies and procedures, and handling disciplinary and legal actions.
Let’s see if we’re a fit.
Research-based and Data-driven
Klawsky’s solutions are backed by 100 years of scientific research in the field of Business Psychology about how to best solve workforce problems. Using that data as the starting point, we customize each solution to your unique company culture and specific business objectives, applying our three decades of experience about what works (and what doesn’t).
